Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vv997 website at vv997.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by vv997, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete and exclusive legal agreement between you, the player, and vv997, and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or arrangements whether written or oral.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the vv997 platform. Access to vv997 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly not permitted, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

vv997 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading registration details is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where vv997 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances, and reverse any pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. vv997 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. You must notify vv997 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vv997 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Registration is free of charge and no purchase is required to create an account.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh is required for account verification via OTP.
• vv997 may verify your identity at any time using a government-issued National ID card, passport, or driver's licence.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at vv997's discretion.
• vv997 does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of accounts between players under any circumstances.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vv997 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). vv997 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice based on technical or regulatory factors.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by vv997 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your vv997 account within 15 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. vv997 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's network or processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals are processed by vv997 within a standard timeframe of up to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. Before processing a withdrawal, vv997 may require you to complete identity verification and to have wagered your deposited funds at least once. This wagering requirement exists to prevent the misuse of the platform as a money transfer service.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• vv997 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a bank statement or mobile wallet transaction history) before approving a withdrawal.
• Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• vv997 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Funds deposited into your vv997 account do not earn interest under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of vv997 and may be withdrawn, modified, or expired at any time without prior notice. vv997 reserves the right to remove bonus funds from an account if it determines that the player has attempted to abuse a promotion, manipulate wagering requirements, or exploit a technical error in the platform.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically 20x to 30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (such as live casino tables or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting a wagering requirement. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution percentages.
• vv997 does not permit the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus on more than one occasion. Any such attempt will result in immediate suspension of all involved accounts.

Section 6

Gameplay & Fair Use

vv997 provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology, and the outcomes of all casino games are determined independently of vv997's platform. vv997 does not control, influence, or manipulate any game result.

For sports betting, odds are set by vv997's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. vv997 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was placed due to a technical error, a data feed failure, or the publication of incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account in full.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit a software error, use automated betting tools, engage in arbitrage betting in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinate betting activity with other players to manipulate a market outcome will be treated as a breach of these terms. vv997 may void affected bets, close accounts, and retain any associated funds in such circumstances.

• All bets are final once confirmed, subject to the void conditions described above.
• Cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB).
• In-play bets are accepted at vv997's discretion, and markets may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• vv997 sets a minimum bet of ৳10 and a maximum bet per event that varies by market and is displayed at the time of bet placement.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

Players using vv997 are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using vv997 to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker hand, casino game, or sports market.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing a third party to use your account for any purpose.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vv997 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the vv997 platform or its content.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

vv997 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to vv997 or its other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, vv997 may retain any balance held in the account as damages or as a set-off against losses suffered by vv997 as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as vv997 withdrawing from a particular market — the full account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting vv997 support via live chat or email. If a player requests account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, vv997 will process the request within 24 hours and will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from re-registering during the self-exclusion period. • Account suspension does not automatically void any pending bets already confirmed before the suspension was applied.
• Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] with relevant documentation.
• vv997 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the end of the chosen exclusion period under any circumstances, including at the player's own request.
